Small Items

 

If you are purchasing a painting or a small item (UK or overseas), it will be sent to you via DHL.

 

Large Items

 

If you are purchasing large items like chest of drawers or dressing table (UK or overseas) please e-mail us at info@fineartandfurniture.co.uk quoting your full delivery address. We will contact you and provide you with an accurate and cost-effective delivery estimate based on your address.

 

INSURANCE

 

Please note, that for all deliveries made by DHL there is an optional insurance fee for goods in transit dependent on the unit cost. Please advise us if you would like to have this cover.

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

All deliveries by DHL are unaccompanied. Please ensure that when taking delivery of large items that there is assistance on hand.

 

Delivery Time (UK only)

 

Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

 

Delivery of Paintings and Portraits

1. Some paintings will be travelling to you from other countries. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks delivery from placing your order.
2. Some items however we keep at out showroom. These, when purchased, will be delivered to you within 72 hours between our standard delivery hours after clearance of payment.
3. For Portraits please allow up to 4 weeks from placing your order.

 

Delivery of Furniture

 

Delivery time is dependent on whether the item you have requested is in stock:

1. For larger items in stock - please allow 1-2 weeks from clearance of payment.
2. For small items (that are sent via DHL) you can expect delivery within 72 hours between our standard delivery hours from clearance of payment.
3. For items not in stock - please allow up to 8-9 weeks for delivery

Large items will be delivered to you by PARCELFORCE and all deliveries are tracked. A signature is required when the goods are delivered, so please make sure someone's available to sign.

 

Delivery Time (Overseas)
